Orlando Kahilana é Doutorando em Gestão, na Universidade da Beira Interior, Departamento de Gestão e Economia.

Luís Mendes, depois de uma participação prévia no Programa Europeu de Doutoramento em Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management (Barcelona – Espanha e Växjö – Suecia), concluiu o seu doutoramento em Gestão, pela Universidade da Beira Interior (Portugal). Desde 2005, ele tem trabalhado como Professor Auxiliar nas áreas de Gestão da Qualidade e Gestão da Produção/Operações, entre outras. Os seus trabalhos de investigação foram publicados em revistas e conferências internacionais com arbitragem, abordando questões como o papel dos recursos humanos na gestão da mudança, e a importância da flexibilidade industrial na performance.

Luís Lourenço é Professor Associado do Departamento de Gestão e Economia da Universidade da Beira Interior e investigador do NECE. É Licenciado em Gestão pela Universidade da Beira Interior e possui o M.Sc. e PhD. em Gestão pela Universidade de Clemson. Tem lecionado disciplinas nas áreas de Gestão da Produção e Operações e Gestão da Qualidade. Tem publicado e apresentado em conferências diversos artigos e orientados teses de Mestrado e Doutoramento, nessas mesmas áreas.
